KK Harris, Business Psychologist & Executive Coach Director, Talking Talent
Karime “KK” Harris is a Business Psychologist and Executive Coach Director at Talking Talent. She is inspirational, motivational, energetic and leads with empathy. KK’s coaching experience has been in both the public and private sector, combined with her knowledge of psychology, has enabled her to have a deeper understanding of the complexity of people, which enables her to help her clients perform better at work. One General Manager, of a multinational corporation, recently said, “KK is the unlock expert.” Her passion for DEI, and her thoughts around the necessity to be more inclusive in all areas of diversity, including Neurodiversity, have been featured in publications. She was recently interviewed by Trisha Goddard on London Live Talk Radio about KK’s experience of having a late ADHD diagnosis and the need for workplace awareness and support. KK is from Los Angeles and lived in London for more that 15 years. She now resides in Horsham, West Sussex with her daughter and their 3 cats.

Fiona Ibáñez-Major, Senior Director, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Walgreens Boots Alliance
Driven by the belief that inclusion is a key enabler & inextricably linked to both business outcomes & talent engagement, Fiona is passionate about unlocking potential to drive high performance and wellbeing through more human, inclusive organizations. As a commercially minded, strategic thinker, Fiona has experience driving cultural change initiatives across Europe, Asia and the Americas by developing and implementing key people strategies and programs for Talent, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) and Engagement. Fiona currently leads DE&I for international markets in Walgreens Boots Alliance and is D&I advisor to the British Beauty Council as well as serving on the Advisory Board for DIAL Global.

Damien Shieber, Head of Culture & Experience, Santander UK
Damien has been with Santander just over five years and is the Head of Culture & Experience. Damien leads the development of the culture strategy identifying the overall cultural themes to support the alignment of purpose, values and behaviours across all Santander UK colleagues. Included in their responsibilities are cultural direction, employee wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, culture measurement and people insights, colleague engagement and experience, employer brand and behaviour frameworks. Outside of their role at Santander, Damien sits on the HM Treasury Women in Finance Charter Board as the UK Banking representative promoting gender inclusion across the Financial Services industry and is a member of the Business in the Community Wellbeing Leadership Team with the purpose to build a movement that is committed to positioning health and wellbeing as strategic boardroom issues with a particular focus on mental health; driving collective action through evidence-based, practical solutions.
