Rebecca (Beks) Hourston, Global Head of Coaching, Talking Talent
As Global Head of Coaching at Talking Talent, Rebecca (Beks) is the coach coaches look to. With a world-class level of both group and 1-1 coaching experience, she is a sought-after expert on women’s career development and supporting parental transitions. Beks excels at creating a safe space fast, coupled with empathetic challenge to drive change, whether coaching her own clients or in her leadership of the diverse, extensive Talking Talent Global Coach Faculty. Her thought leadership has frequently featured across media including Forbes, Huffington Post, and The Guardian, and she has addressed audiences from London Business School to UN Women in Geneva. After growing up in Kenya and living in France and Italy, Beks now lives in Bath, UK, with her husband and three sons, where they have a female dog and chickens – in a forlorn attempt at gender balance!
