Discussion points:
Company culture is a monumental landmark at the intersection where life meets work. It extends far beyond an organisation’s stated values and mission – playing a crucial role in the ways employees feel in terms of value, respect, and belonging. Company culture ultimately affects a person’s performance and productivity. Innovation and collaboration are enhanced or hindered by it. And it is equally essential for retaining top talent. How can leaders work towards fostering a more positive and inclusive workplace culture, particularly in a distributed workforce?
Establishing a positive, productive workplace is a challenge even when the whole of your workforce exists in a single location. But that challenge increases when the workforce is spread across multiple locations and/or they are not office based. In this case, strengthening company culture takes exceptional intentionality. Join us for a solutions-oriented discussion exploring how to:
- Promote greater trust, collaboration, and connection among a distributed workforce
- Ensure that all workers, no matter their role and location, have access to the same resources and opportunities
- Foster a workplace environment of psychological safety and belonging
- Connect with colleagues on a deeper level and build relationships that extend beyond work tasks
