Discussion points:
The most successful organisations are aligning their DE&I strategy across their business and sustainability KPI’s to promote exponential outcomes. This approach ensures organisations are better equipped to understand their people and their customers to shift the dial and make difference count, now and for future generations. But how do DE&I professionals get buy-in and communicate this ideology to the C-Suite? In addition, gathering and deciding how much information to share with senior leadership can be a dilemma for DE&I leaders.
Our expert panel will discuss first-hand experiences and share insights on the following:
- Tips for aligning DE&I goals with business goals
- How to overcome DE&I data collection challenges?
- What core DE&I data does the C-Suite want and how should you present it?
- How does DE&I impact business KPIs and sustainability?
