Rikia Birindelli-Fayne, Director, Corporate Engagement EMEA, Catalyst
As a Director in Catalyst’s Europe office, Rikia works with leading global organisations to create more diverse, inclusive, and flexible workplaces. Furthermore, she is a member of the Catalyst Awards Evaluation Committee and frequent facilitator and speaker on a range of topics including mentoring and sponsorship, emotional tax, unconscious bias, and inclusive leadership. Prior to joining Catalyst, Rikia spent six years of her career working in the UK education sector carrying out projects related to additional educational needs and disabilities, community identity, and diversity and inclusion, giving her great insight on how organizations can practically build an inclusive culture. Rikia received her BSc in Psychology from the University of Wales and has a professional qualification in Project Management. Currently based in Switzerland, Rikia is a UK citizen and has also lived in Barbados and the UK. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, international cuisine & dining experiences and learning to speak German.
Amri B. Johnson, CEO, Inclusion Wins, former Global Head, Cultural intelligence & Inclusion, Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research
For more than 20 years, Amri has been instrumental in helping organizations and their people create extraordinary business outcomes. Social capitalist, epidemiologist, entrepreneur, and inclusion strategist: Amri’s dialogic approach to engaging all people as leaders and change agents (most recently at the research division of Novartis, as Global Head of Cultural Intelligence and Inclusion) has fostered the opening of minds and deepening of skillsets with organizational leaders and citizens enabling them to thrive and optimally contribute to one another and their respective organizations. Born in Topeka, KS (USA), Amri has worked and lived in the U.S., Brazil, and currently lives in Basel, Switzerland with his wife, Martina, and their three kids.
Cecilia Weckstrom, Senior Global Director, Head of Diversity, Inclusion & People Innovation, LEGO Group
Cecilia is a product designer, marketing- and business strategist whose career reflects her passion for connecting people and innovation for impact. For nearly two decades she has held various roles at the LEGO Group and played a strong part of the LEGO turnaround to becoming the world’s most powerful global brand and the most reputable global company in CSR**. During her career she has worked to across product and experience innovation, customer insight, digital marketing and -transformation and engaging the public in the LEGO Group’s responsibility strategy. She is a champion of consumer co-creation, open innovation and eco-systems for value creation. Weckstrom was appointed Senior Global Director for Diversity, Inclusion and People Innovation at the LEGO Group in 2018. The role, while a departure from Weckstrom’s roots in the consumer space, marries her speciality of strategy, innovation and leading change with people, culture and transformation. In her forthcoming book, Weckstrom explores how companies can benefit from adopting the wide-ranging changes in the consumer space into transforming diversity and inclusion into an accelerator for innovation, leadership and sustainable growth. Cecilia is a board trustee of the National Saturday Club, a charity focusing on inspiring young people to take up careers in the creative industry. A visiting fellow at her Alma Mater, Central Saint Martins, Cecilia is an adviser to select start-ups and a member of the International Advisory Board of HEC Paris, where she also completed her TRIUM Executive MBA. Originally from Helsinki, Finland, Cecilia is based in London.
