Charlotte Sweeney OBE, Inclusion, Diversity and Equality Specialist
Charlotte has specialised in Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) for nearly 20 years and was recognised by The Economist and The Daily Telegraph as one of the Top 10 D&I Professional Consultancies in the world. She runs a consultancy specialising in D&I strategy and their effective and sustainable implementation. Her clients include many global companies and gained much of her global experience leading D&I in a number of companies in both Retail and Investment Banking (Barclays, Barclays Capital, HBOS and Nomura). In 2014 she authored an independent review for the UK Government Secretary of State Dr. Vince Cable on Women on Boards and Executive Search Firms and is the co-author of the recent Financial Times published book ‘Inclusive Leadership – the definitive guide to developing and executing an impactful Diversity and Inclusion Strategy, locally and globally’, which was shortlisted for Management Book of the Year by The Chartered Management Institute (CMI) in 2018. She was recognised in the New Year Honours 2017 list with Officers of the British Empire (OBE) for her services to Women and Equalities.
Emma Dolby, Managing Director, Head of Human Resources, Europe, Rabobank
Emma joined Rabobank in 2019 as Head of Human Resources for Europe, based in London. Having recently been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer of Region Europe & Africa – Wholesale & Rural, she oversees the design and delivery of Rabobank’s people strategy in a number of locations, partnering with leaders to set the strategic HR agenda and driving transformation and cultural change. She is particularly focused on digital transformation in HR, the future of work and diversity and inclusion agendas as well as the importance of employee wellbeing. Emma began her HR career at Merrill Lynch in 2001, during which time she held a variety of roles in both London and Madrid. Most recently she worked at Nomura International PLC in London. She holds a BA in Management Studies with Spanish from the University of Nottingham and an MA in Personnel & Development from the University of Westminster.
