Jenn Barnett, Inclusion, Wellbeing and Diversity Director, Grant Thornton UK LLP
Jenn is a Director at the accountancy firm Grant Thornton and she’s an occupational psychologist and an executive coach supervisor with a background of successful culture change and leadership development. She currently leads Inclusion, Diversity and Wellbeing reporting into the CEO and her role is to enable the amplification of Inclusion and Diversity by inspiring, cajoling and nudging a much broader community in the business to take ownership. Her time is spent educating, coaching and enthusing leaders and people to get involved and generate momentum for change. She has personal responsibility for embedding Everyday inclusivity and Wellbeing/Mental Health through Inclusion Allies; Reverse Mentoring and Conscious Inclusion Training.
Dev Modi, Head of Inclusive Leadership – EMEA, YSC Consulting
Dev has worked extensively in the inclusive leadership, development, assessment and coaching space for the last 17 years. He has built his experience in a range of industries and sectors across the globe. Inclusive leadership was a core focus of work he delivered as part of the internal Psychology Unit at the BBC. During his time at YSC he has worked on inclusion and diversity projects with a range of clients such as BP, eBay, PayPal, Standard Life Aberdeen, Tesco, and many others. Dev enables business leaders and professionals to thrive in an increasingly complex and diverse business environment. He supports organisations to build inclusive and purpose driven cultures that unlock the potential of diversity and drive sustainable growth. Dev is a Chartered Organisational Psychologist, with a BSc Management Science from The London School of Economics and a MSc Organisational Psychology from City University. He is a Senior Coaching Practitioner and Supervisor with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. He is the co-author of an HR thought leadership paper: ‘HR as a Force for Digital Change’. Dev is an active traveller across the globe, curious about new countries and ways of living. He has been involved actively in community projects and voluntary work abroad for the last 25 years.
