Discussion points:
Inclusive workplace design is often a missing piece of a corporate DE&I strategy. However, organisations will not be truly diverse and inclusive if they do not think about the potential barriers within the built environment, and how employees and visitors interact with the physical spaces. With ADHD Awareness Month and Invisible Disabilities Week both in October, this session will focus on workplace design for neurodiversity.
Motionspot works with clients like bp to design beautiful inclusive spaces that help positively impact the recruitment, retention, productivity and health and wellbeing of more diverse workforces, helping to create truly inclusive workplaces for everyone. Join representatives from both organisations who will share their experiences on:
- Why designing for neurodiversity is so important
- Designing for neurodiverse colleagues – where to start?
- Common challenges and key inclusive design principles
- Why inclusive design is not just the right thing to do socially, but commercially and environmentally
- What bp is doing in this area and the key successes so far
