Luke is a partner in the Employment team at Burges Salmon and has over 15 years’ experience of advising major employers in the public and private sectors on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law related matters. Recent work includes advising on a number of large scale restructuring projects across multiple sites and jurisdictions, acting in complex race and disability discrimination employment tribunal proceedings and providing strategic advice on holiday pay, gender pay gap reporting and off-payroll working to a number of FTSE 100 and 250 listed companies given recent legislative and case law developments. Luke is described in the legal directories as bringing ‘valuable insight and expertise on all people-related matters’ and being a ‘significant professional partner’
