Sharon is senior learning and development business partner at Eversheds Sutherland, responsible for a number of key initiatives and HR projects including coaching, leadership and development programmes for colleagues at all stages of their career. She also supports the delivery of other elements of the people strategy. She is currently working as part of the team on inclusive leadership and creating inclusive teams which is a key strand of the D&I strategy for the business.
