Scott (he/they) has been recognised as a Top 10 Diversity Hero at the British LGBT+ Awards, as Game-Changing Talent, featured in Attitude Magazine and Highly Commended on the IPA iList for ‘inspirational inclusivity leadership’. Scott leads dentsu’s Sustainability strategy for the UK&I. Scott co-founded the Wellbeing Committee, is on the Steering Committee of LGBTQ+ Network, Social Mobility Network, and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council. Scott created Mindfulness Mondays, is a Board member of the IPA’s Talent Council, and an Ambassador for the Wellbeing Charity NABS. A neurodivergent advocate for neurodiversity, Scott is passionate about intersectionality, psychological safety, and sustainability.
