A military veteran with nearly 20 years commissioned service in the RAF, Sarah has a wealth of professional and personal knowledge and experience to share. More recently, Sarah was Global Senior Diversity and Inclusion Manager at HSBC, Director of Diversity and Inclusion Reform at The Home Office and Director of EDI at Guys and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust before joining Radius as a Senior Consultant, to help the world’s biggest brands build better employee networks.
