Bio:
Nicole is the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion lead for dentsu in the UK & Ireland and has worked for dentsu for the past 2 years. She has more than 10 years of experience in the field of DEI across various sectors and prior to that has worked across graduate recruitment and development, leadership as well as organisational development. Nicole is passionate about DEI, leading the dentsu UK&I approach to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, working closely with a network of DEI champions and in close collaboration with the dentsu senior leadership team. Originally from Germany, where she studied Business Administration at the University in Leipzig, she went on to study Marketing in Ireland as part of a global student exchange programme, gaining amongst other things insight into different cultures. She has been in the UK for the past 17 years and now lives in Greater London with her family and two young children.
