Bio:
Julie joined Serco in 2010 as Operations and Transformation director for the shared service division. Today, as Director of Enabling Services, she leads the provision of shared services for the UK&E Division and across Serco Group. She has 25 years’ experience working across a range of senior leadership roles in both the public and private sector building high performing, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver sustainable, transformational change. Julie is the co-chair for sercoUnlimited, Serco’s disability inclusion Employee Resource Group which now has a global footprint of over 400 members. She is also an active volunteer with The Beatson Cancer Charity providing care, love and hope to patients and families living with cancer.
