Jo is Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Allen & Overy, a global law firm with offices in more than 40 countries. She has been with Allen & Overy for eight years and during this time they have been recognised as a top employer for women and for the LGBTQ+ community and implemented a comprehensive strategy to increase representation of ethnic minorities. From a working class background, Jo is also very focussed on ensuring we disrupt and dismantle barriers to entry and progression for those from lower socio-economic backgrounds.
