Bio:
Hannah joined Macquarie in March 2018 to focus on Regulatory Risk as part of the Compliance team in EMEA team. She is currently aligned to Macquarie Asset Management and is also a global SME on ESG regulatory matters, leading on change identification and interpretation along with related advisory on licensing.
Hannah recently spent a year as Co-Chair of Macquarie EMEA’s newest employee network group, Spark the Neurodiversity ENG, and is a proud advocate for all things ADHD.
Hannah previously trained and qualified at the global law firm Hogan Lovells, following her interest in financial institutions and regulatory matters via her work in the Financial Institutions Group. Her legal experience focused on various corporate and finance law matters for financial institutions, including debt restructuring, corporate regulatory advice, outsourcing advice, and financial services disputes.
She has much previous experience as a programme management and technology consultant, developing her skills through working at the ‘big four’ firm Deloitte, the boutique telecoms consultancy Hudson & Yorke, and the PPM specialist consultancy Moorhouse. Past projects included managing a complex finance transformation portfolio at a telecoms client, business change leadership and contract management at a major UK insurance company, and leading a network transformation project across seven European countries and over ninety sites for a global brewer.
