Fiona McAslan

Bio:

Fiona is the Head of Health and Wellbeing at Royal Mail. She is responsible for setting the long term wellbeing strategy for over 135,000 people, as well as the day to day delivery of the Group’s wellbeing plan. Fiona’s career includes over 25 years of varied HR experience across a number of organisations covering most HR disciplines. Fiona’s passion lies in helping people bring the best of themselves to work by actively designing a personalised proactive wellbeing proposition and promoting a positive wellbeing culture.
