Bio:
Annette joined Serco in 2013 as Divisional CTO, shortly after which she became paralysed. She is now the Group IT Governance Director – a global role managing technology standards and digital agendas – and co-founder of the disability inclusion Employee Resource Group. Prior to joining Serco, she held a variety of roles – as a CIO, Consultant and Strategy Lead – across a diverse range of industries including retail, finance and music. She is passionate about using technology to enhance work-life for disabled people and addressing why there are so few in leadership roles. In parallel, she is nurturing the Women in Technology group.
