Angela is a senior Diversity & Inclusion practitioner with over 10 years of experience in D&I in the professional services sector, following a career as an auditor and M&A adviser. An advocate for employee networks and their importance within a wider D&I strategic plan, she has worked closely with network leaders and members over the course of her career – helping define strategy and terms of reference, embedding effective intersectional working practices, communicating with members and using insights to inform organisational policy and practice, helping raise awareness and understanding more broadly, and celebrating diversity.
