Ali leads Nestlé UK & Ireland’s work on diversity, equity and inclusion, with previous experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development and Business Partnering. Ali is responsible for the co-creation and delivery of all aspects of the plan working in partnership with colleagues throughout Nestlé including 6 networks, their Board sponsors and local inclusion champions. Ali is passionate about fostering inclusive cultures with high levels of psychological safety where everyone can thrive. Earlier this year, Nestlé were recognised in the Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality. Ali is a member of the D&I in Grocery Learning Steering Committee and lives in York with 2 children and a mischievous dog!
