Head of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, former Chair, Proud Network
Adam has a wealth of experience working in the ED&I space having worked across both private and public sectors helping to drive real difference and creating inclusive environments for organisations. He also has experience of being part of diversity networks and successfully led the Heathrow Proud network for two years as Chair, taking them on to win Network Group of the year at the British LGBT Awards in 2020. Adam has been taking his value led approach and personal drive to make things better for colleagues and passengers at Heathrow since he joined in 2017. After various HR leadership roles, he took on the role of Head of ED&I in Feb 2022 and in that time, has driven substantial change to the business bringing about a strong sense of belonging and helping to improve the overall culture. Adam is really passionate about making a real difference for colleagues and making sure all colleagues feel they have a sense of belonging and can come to work to be their true authentic selves.
