Bio:
I joined Coca-Cola back in 1997 and so much has changed over the years since then. From my time as a sales rep calling on local corner shops, through roles in people and account management, the key thing that has kept me within CCEP is the fantastic people, and our desire to learn and continually improve as an organisation.
Our journey to become a more diverse and inclusive organisation, has accelerated so much over recent years. As a founding member of the D&I Ambassador team I have had many opportunities, to learn, engage and grow my knowledge.
Through talking with colleagues who are different to me, I began to understand how much work there is to be done. This realisation has driven my passion about diversity and inclusion in all of its forms. Most recently I have invested personally in supporting the Ability agenda within CCEP.
I see my role now as helping as many people as I can, to understand why D&I matters and the role they can each play to drive change. I really believe that every one of us can help drive change, conversation by conversation. Sometimes little things can make big things happen!
Most importantly though I see my role as being an ally. We want Coca-Cola to be a place where everyone can Be Themselves, Be Valued and Belong. Every single person in our business has a role to play to make this dream come true.
