Bio:
Katherine is an international HR and talent executive with more than 15 years’ experience designing leadership and workforce strategies for global organisations operating across the UK, EMEA, APAC and the United States.
She has held senior leadership roles within major global organisations including London Stock Exchange Group, AXIS Capital and Liberty Global. Her work focuses on enterprise talent strategy, leadership pipeline development, succession planning and organisational transformation across complex multinational environments.
Katherine has designed and implemented talent and leadership strategies influencing workforces of up to 45,000 employees across more than 60 countries. Her initiatives have strengthened leadership pipelines, improved executive representation and enhanced organisational performance through scalable leadership development programmes.
Her work has delivered measurable impact including increasing female representation in senior leadership from 31% to 40% and improving ethnic representation within leadership populations. She has also delivered leadership development initiatives reaching more than 10,000 employees globally.
Katherine began her career within global banking and financial services organisations including Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and HSBC where she developed expertise in global talent pipelines and leadership development programmes.
She currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Institute of Business & Development Ethics and as an Independent Committee Member for Young Lives vs Cancer.
Katherine holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Employment Relations from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management for Business from Loughborough University. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
Her areas of expertise include executive succession planning, global leadership development, workforce transformation, organisational effectiveness and enterprise talent strategy.
