Joanne is a Global Inclusion Delivery Manager for HSBC. She cares for four members of her family in addition to having her own disability. Jo is an advocate for people with disabilities as well as those who have caring responsibilities. She was included in the Shaw Trust Power 100 list in 2022 and recently attended a reception at Windsor Castle recognising her role as a carer as well as the work she does supporting carers in the workplace. Jo lives with her husband Steve, son Sam and daughter in law Sally. In her ‘spare’ time, she enjoys Canine Hoopers with her working cocker spaniel Scooby.
