Bio:
Iulia (she/her) is the Global Accessibility Partner at Sanofi, based in The Netherlands. Iulia sets and operationalizes Sanofi’s global standards creating accountability across teams to make inclusion a practical reality. She positions accessibility strategically as a lever for better products, broader talent, and more inclusive systems.
Iulia’s path to accessibility leadership had been unconventional. Equipped with a degree in Environmental Engineering from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca and an early career across digital and quality assurance disciplines, she developed a systems thinker’s eye for identifying where structures fail people and the determination to fix them. Now she is building accessibility programs from the ground up and turning policy into practice at a global scale.
Iulia has spoken at prominent international conferences including the Zero Project and the ILO Global Business and Disability Network. She holds the Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) credential and is a qualified Equity Sequence® Trainer, combining technical accessibility expertise with an intersectional approach to equity.
