Biasless

Biasless

Company Biasless

About: Biasless is a team of DEI promoters, trainers, human rights activists working to make intolerance irrelevant. We inspire businesses and educational institutions to learn how to eradicate biases, be aware of human rights trends and minorities requests and respond to them in the most suitable and favourable for inclusive culture and tolerant mindsets and behaviours format. Moreover, we are working on a plugin, a spell-checker for bias detection and eradication. Video demo: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aQLa5hPVouI&t=1s It will cover gender and LGBTQ issues first and after that, add ethnicity, race and colour, age, religion, appearance, and disability. It's scalable and can solve as a tete-a-tete educational instrument, using AI and human touch. It'll be introduced as an AI-to-peer bias advisor first and later will be enriched by the human touch by adding a peer-to-peer intolerance eradication feature. The checker and advisor inbuilt into social media, CMS and MS Office, and Google will help organizations and people prevent reputation and financial losses, some of which can be caused by lawsuits protecting honour and dignity. It includes education as well since hate speech and discrimination is very often a result of ignorance. Spelling checkers became common and considered useful. Why don't we make a tolerance checker and human rights literacy tool?
