About: I was personally diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome at the age of 10 and Dyspraxia at the age of 4. I found that conventional working environments did not work for me and that employers to often saw me as Oliver the disability and the problem. So I launched Advance: The Disability Consultants in 2019 to help improve employment opportunities for Autistic and Neurodivergent people. At ADVANCE: THE DISABILITY CONSULTANTS we provide Autism Lunch & Learn, Neurodiversity Lunch & Learn, Autism HR & Recruitment Workshops and Dyspraxia Lunch & Learn Workshops to give organisations the confidence, knowledge and skills required to recruit, support and develop Autistic & Neurodivergent talent in the workplace.
