Responsible for organisational development, leadership, talent, strategic workforce planning, D&I and performance management, Staynton leads the strategy to develop people across the organisation. He is also responsible for ensuring we have a transport network inclusive for all groups. Sitting on the TfL Executive Committee, Staynton works with strategic partners in London, across the UK and the world, to constantly drive the improvements we need to serve London now and in the future.
