Bio:
Maria is leading the end-to-end talent, leadership, inclusion and engagement strategy at Rolls-Royce globally. She’s responsible for ensuring Rolls-Royce delivers on our ‘Care Promise’ to employees, delivering a people strategy that focuses on building the skills for the future, helping people realise their career and development ambitions; and cultivating a high-performance culture through leadership capability, engagement and inclusion.
Previously Maria worked for 9 years at Coca-Cola European Partners and Coca-Cola HBC leading talent acquisition, talent & performance management, leadership development and Diversity & Inclusion. Prior to Coca-Cola, Maria worked at the Regional offices of UBS Investment Bank and Citigroup in London, where she led resourcing teams across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Her career started at Deloitte’s advisory team, where she spent 6 years consulting businesses across multiple industries in business transformation, talent and rewards.
Maria holds an MSc in Human Resources from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BSc in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business. She speaks German, Greek and English and has lived in four countries. She has also studied music and piano performance and now loves playing music with her two daughters.
