d&i Leaders brings together workplace inclusion, culture, talent, recruitment and HR related professionals, along with employee network members, allies and senior leaders, looking to collaborate and embed inclusion into everyday work systems – driving growth, fueling innovation and empowering employees.

The 20,000+ members of our free online community, benefit from complimentary access to independent news articles, insight reports and a catalogue of on demand content, as well as free monthly online one-to-one conversations with workplace inclusion and culture experts.

We also produce an annual programme of in-person and online events, including CPD accredited summits, webinars as well as a suite of training and development programmes.

What makes us different

High-level summits, webinars, training, news and content are at the core of what we do. We carry out independent research to ensure we feature a diverse range of speakers and contributors, offering fresh-thinking and tackling the critical workplace inclusion related challenges. We are not afraid of asking tough questions.

Online community membership is free and will always remain so.

We believe in purpose beyond profit. All in-person paid for summits attendee travel is offset through our carbon offsetting partner ClimateCare. We only host our events at venues who put sustainability at the heart of what they do. We work closely with them to reduce the impact of our events in terms of waste, energy usage and ensure food is organic, in-season and food miles are minimised. We also support a number of charities offering help to diverse young people looking to enter employment, read more.

Free content and resources. A significant proportion of our event profits are invested in the production of high quality workplace inclusion related content which is free for anyone to access – this includes practical insight reports, original news articles, online webinars and on demand recordings, a free jobs board and supplier directory.
